CEO & Founder

About Alan Colman

Alan Colman is the CEO and Founder of Gables Property Management, LLC., a private real estate operating entity dedicated to acquiring and managing life science facilities, warehouse, manufacturing,  and flex properties in the Northeast corridor. Alan’s in-depth knowledge in heading acquisitions and operations has shaped his ability to reposition assets to meet today’s demand of new industries and companies seeking facilities that are attractive to a younger contemporary workforce. Alan is equipped with expertise in identifying market trends and forecasting consumer needs.

Alan earned his B.S. in Management and minor in Accounting from Bentley University in 1979. Alan served on the American Apparel and Footwear Association (AAFA) Board of Directors from 2005-2018 and as a panelist at a number of industry conferences. Alan plays an active role on the Board of Advisors at Two Ten Footwear Foundation and has earned special recognition in the footwear industry.
